Restaurant salads for your meals Medifast Lean and Green: How to choose the right one

Sometimes I have people who contact me and ask if it is acceptable or if the test of a carefully selected fast-food salad as a "lean and green" Medifast meal to eat. I occasionally do, and I think it's perfectly fine in a pinch. The key is to choose wisely.
