Although I never travel to the Mediterranean in Greece to visit, I decided to use this country as the inspiration for this post. Melbourne is the largest Greek population outside Greece and was in Lonsdale St, where I started my appreciation for the Greek cuisine. After just outside the school kitchen, where food was taken seriously as I can remember vividly I remember how happy (and perhaps relieved) I was at lunch in Lonsdale St, as well as two other areas in Melbourne - Lygon St andChina Town
