Favorite Summer Salad Recipes

warm weather brings fresh food ideas and recipes that are not a lot of internal cooking. Those who tend a long, slow cooked meal when the sun and takes out the heat?
Here are three hot salads are some of my favorite summer salad recipes become.
None of them need to be where every cook in the oven or near a hot water heater, and all are perfect for hot summer days.
Serve as a vegetable side dish or as a light lunchwith salad and crusty bread.

Shrimp and avocado salad
This is a beautiful salad recipe, great as a salad or as a light lunch recipe. Serve in lettuce cups for lunch along with fresh crusty bread and a great dessert. Simply perfect!
1 pound frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Italian dressing salad
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado
2 teaspoons lemon juiceJuice
Combine, shrimp celery, mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Chill, covered for the service.
Just before serving, peel avocado and cut into cubes. Mix immediately proceed with the lemon juice to the avocado seem dark. Add the mixture to give the shrimp and mix gently.

Cucumber Salad
This recipe is delicious, but oh so easy. This is a recipe for companies to serve a barbecue, because it is the career and I was in the fridgefor several hours until you are ready for it. 3 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced

Lime Jello Cottage Cheese Salad
This recipe is a nice light salad perfect for a summer barbecue is also good for the whole year on a buffet. The addition of cottage cheese may sound odd, but it is a mix of great taste with the jelly. The crisis of celery and peppers add another layer of flavor and fresh taste.
3.1 ounce packet of lime gelatin powder
1 cup boiling waterWater
1 / 2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
1 / 2 cup mayonnaise

3 / 4 cup chopped celery
1 / 2 chopped onion
1 / 2 green pepper, chopped
Blend with a stick until cold and firm 1 cm from the edge of the shell. Turn it into a bowl and beat until it is bright and airy. In 1 cup of cottage cheese, celery and onion and green pepper fold. Chill thoroughly before serving.
