Lentil and Chardonnay grape flower with dressing

I remember a few years ago when I worked as a cook, there was a drought in the availability of Puy lentils - I can not remember what caused it, but it seemed to cause quite a stir in the community restaurant. I confess that I did not really get what the fuss was, but I recently used a lot of lenses, especially the diversity Puy.
