Tuna Salad Sandwich

Tuna sandwich that is really tasty and everyone will love it!

3 Small cans of tuna.

3 Big Spoonfuls of Fat-free Mayo

1/2 an apple(in small chunks)

1/3 cup of grapes cut in half

1/4 a cup of nuts

1 Spoonful of fat-free sour cream

1 Tb. of mustard

Mix all ingredients together with a smile! All the extras are optional(grapes, nuts, apples)! Place 2 spoonfuls on toasted bread and enjoy. Everyone will love this sandwich.
You can substitute tuna for chicken instead, if tuna is not your thing.

Chips:

5 Big flour tortillas

1 Tb. water

1 Tb. of fat-free butter melted

1 Tsp. salt

1/2 Dry ranch dressing packet

Pre-heat oven to 300*

Place tortillas on top of each other, cut in small or large pieces. Put tortillas on a baking sheet. Mix all the other ingredients together in a separate bowl. Then sprinkle all of the mixture on the tortilla pieces. Put the baking sheet in the oven, and wait about 20 minutes until the tortillas are crispy and ready to eat.

With larger groups you can double and even triple the recipe. These chips go great with a rotel dip or with your picante sauce. They taste even better with your tuna salad sandwich. You can omit the bread and use your chips with your tuna. It makes for a great meal for your kids, husband, best friend, dog(just kidding). Use often and enjoy more.

Take this recipe and add what you like most. Mabey raisins to your tuna, or peanuts instead of almonds, or mandarin oranges for the apples. Add what you enjoy, and eat with delight!
