Baked Salmon
4 salmon fillets (about 3-ozeach)
Vegetable oil cooking spray
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon dry dillweed all
1 / 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 / 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Rinse salmon thoroughly with water and dry with paper towels. Spray a baking pan with vegetable oil spray. Place steaks cooked in a pan. Brush steaks with lemon juice. Dillweed Sprinkle with parsley and pepper evenly over the salmon steaks. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or untilSalmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
