BBQ Recipe - Grilled New Potato Salad

Ingredients
For the potatoes
2-1/2 pounds new potatoes, washed
2 teaspoons salt, divided
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 / 4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Plate of bacon 1 / 2 pound, in 1 / 4 x chopped 1 / 4 "pieces
4 medium Vidalia onions
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
For the sauce
1 / 2 cup oil
1 / 4 cup sherryVinegar
1 / 4 cup water
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
For the potatoes
In a saucepan, boil the potatoes with 1-1/2 teaspoons of salt until soft. Drain. Cut potatoes in half and place in a large bowl with oil, remaining 1 / 2 teaspoon seasoning salt and pepper.
Grill the potatoes in direct medium heat until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes, while the half-turn once grilling time.Remove the potatoes from the grill and let cool. Cut each half cut into small pieces. Put them in a large bowl, cover and keep at room temperature.
Cook bacon in a skillet over low heat (low heat allows the fat to make it complete, so crispy bacon). Periodically, pour the bacon and reserve. When bacon is crisp, add to bowl with potatoes.

To make the dressing
In a bowl, beat theDressing ingredients together. Pour over the potatoes and throw caution to distribute the ingredients. Coverage for 1 hour at room temperature to marinate before serving.

Chili's Grilled Caribbean Chicken Salad Recipe - Welcome to Summer!

Chili's Grill caribbean Chicken salad is almost too good. It 's perfect. It's crispy, crunchy, cold, juicy, sweet, juicy, hot ... Sensation Sensation after it is all on one plate! E 'with great pleasure that I share this incredible salad recipe with you.

Chili's Grill caribbean Chicken Salad - Ingredients:

4 bone, chicken breast half
½ cup of store bought teriyaki marinade
4 cups chopped green leaf lettuce
4 cupschopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped cabbage ½ cup mandarin orange segments, pineapple ½ cup empty empty
1 ½ - 2 cups of fresh baked tortilla strips (sub thin, broken tortilla chips if you like)
Pico de Gallo (recipe follows)
Chili's Honey Lime Dressing (recipe follows)

Chili's grilled chicken salad caribbean - Directions:

Stir with a large resealable plastic bag, chicken and teriyaki sauce. Marinate in refrigerator for at least twohours (preferrably overnight).
Combine lettuce and cabbage in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover, and chill.
When ready, grill chicken on a George Foreman Grill or backyard barbecue grill approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Slice grilled chicken into thin strips
On 2-3 large serving plates, evenly divide chilled salad greens.
Top each salad with tortilla strips, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, pico de gallo (recipe to follow), and grilled chicken.
Serve with a side of Chili's Honey Lime Dressing (recipe to follow).
Enjoy!

And Now For The Honey Lime Dressing And Pico De Gallo...

Pico De Gallo:

4 roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup diced spanish onion (or your favorite kind of onion)
2 tsp. fresh, raw jalapeño... seeded, de-ribbed, and diced
2 tsp. fresh cilantro, minced
pinch of salt
Simply combine all ingredients in a small bowl and chill.

Chili's Honey Lime Dressing:

¼ cup honey
¼ cup dijon mustard
1½ tbsp. sugar
1½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1½ tsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. sesame oil

With an electric mixer, combine all ingredients in a small bowl until creamy and consistent. Cover and chill.
