Lobster Cobb Salad Ingredients:

2 ripe HassAvocado
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1 / 2 pound lobster meat baked, cut into 3/4-inch dice
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in halves or quarters

1 / 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 / 2 pound lean bacon, fried and crumbled

For the vinaigrette:

1 1 / 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Whisk together mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

~ 1 can premium white chunk chicken - drained (12 1/2-ounce)

~ 2 Granny Smith apples - cored, peeled and diced

~ 1 / 2 cup walnuts - coarsely chopped

~ 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or reduced fat mayonnaise

~ 2 stalks celery - washed, cut anddiced, up to 3

1.Combine to throw all the ingredients to combine. Presentation: Serve as a main dish salad or as a sandwich on a croissant pastry with alfalfa sprouts, Swiss cheese and tomatoes.

>> Confetti Chicken Salad

~ 1 / 4 cup fresh lime juice

~ 1 teaspoon dried basil

~ 1 / 4 teaspoon dried thyme

~ 2 c iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces 1 inch

~ 1 c Romaine lettuce, torn into pieces 1 inch

~ 1 md green bell pepper, chopped

~ 1 c mushrooms, sliced

~ 1 c Cauliflower florets

~ 1 c grated carrots

~ 1 / 2 cup sunflower seeds

Add the chicken, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, whitePepper, basil and thyme in a medium bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Combine the lettuce, peppers, cauliflower, carrots and mushrooms in a bowl. Toss to distribute evenly. Add chicken (including marinade). Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Pasta salad - a delicious and healthy salad

A cold pasta salad can be served a light lunch or dinner on a hot summer afternoon or as a side dish for each additional part due to the time that can be prepared in advance.

With such a great flavor, I think just an excuse to do so.

If you are looking for something quick and easy, which is also nutritious, this pasta recipe is a good option.

Ingredients

* 500g of dried pasta (any shape)
* 2 cans peeled tomatoes
* 3 cloves garlicminced garlic
* Sale
* Black pepper
* 1 / 2 cup pitted black olives
* 1 / 2 cup pitted green olives
* 1 cup cherry tomatoes
* 1 cup chopped ham slices Turkey
* 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
* 1 / 4 cup balsamic vinegar
* 1 tablespoon dried oregano
* 1 / 2 cup fresh basil leaves
* 1 / 2 cup of cottage cheese mozerella (coarsely chopped)
* 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the choppedGarlic in it for a minute. Add dry out the can of chopped tomatoes and cook over high heat for 5 minutes or until the tomato juice. Fruit Salad Recipes - Round 3 delicious salad recipes

Fruit salad is delicious when prepared properly. Apricots salad, artichoke salad and autumn fruit salad recipes make some great fruit salads.

1. Apricot Salad

Ingredients:

Step 1:

- 2 small or 1 large box apricot jelly
- 1 large can apricot baby food (8-10 oz)
- 1 can of crushed pineapple - (16 oz) drained (reserve juice!)

Step 2:

- 1 bagCream cheese - (8 oz)
- 1 package dream whip (1 envelope)

Step 3:

- 3 / 4 c sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour (heaped)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 c pineapple juice (to keep the water to make a full cup of juice)

Directions:

Step 1: Mix gelatin with only 3 1 / 2 cups of water. Add pineapple and baby food. Chill until in a pot 11x14 cm.

Step 2: Prepare Dream Whip as directed. Beat in cream cheese. Roll up jelly and cold until September

Step 3: Combineand cook until thick. Cool. Roll up and chill. Pineapple juice works better!

2. Artichoke salad

Ingredients:

- Every 4 fresh artichoke hearts
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 2 cups artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 small clove of garlic each
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

- In a wooden saladBowl, garlic and salt and mash with a fork strong.
- Add fresh artichoke hearts, and mash with the garlic and salt.
- Add in olive oil, mix lemon juice, stir, wine vinegar, stir, mix, hot sauce, stir, add Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, mix well.
- Put canned artichoke hearts in a sauce and let marinate for 1 hour, then eat as is or serve on a bed of vegetables.

3. Autumn Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

- 2 pears
- 1 / 2 pound red grapes

- Pour over fruit salad and toss to coat fruit evenly.

Delicious tuna salad recipes

I like tuna sandwiches for years, but people always thought I was funny. I love my recipe, and usually when I have someone to be open long enough groped for it - they love it too. You should try my recipe for tuna sandwich for you - I think you'll like it!

First, the base of this recipe comes from my mother. But the more things I might add - and this is just my touch on it!

What you need:

* 1 can or pouch of tunaWater (not oil)

* 1 stalk celery

* 1 square meter. Onion or a few stalks of spring onions

* Green peppers (if you have it)

* 1 tsp or 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

* A pinch of salt

* A pinch of freshly ground pepper

* 1 tablespoon sweet

* 1 teaspoon sugar or Splenda

* 1 teaspoon mustard

* 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

A handful of grated cheese (optional)

I think my mother learned this recipe from her mother, what kind of agreements andTuna have children without them really knowing that eating food "fish." All I know is that I do not need even need to fish or tuna that much, but I could not eat tuna sandwiches at this all day! To begin to write a mixing bowl and dice the onion and celery. You can soft white French bread, hot bread, toast or a sandwich - all arewonderful!

I like the version of tuna salad, because it is something beautiful and the mix of flavors my Gourmet. It 's a bit crunchy, a little' sweet - it's just really good!

Healthy, Delicious, and Easy Vegetarian Cobb Salad Recipe

Below is a simple and delicious recipe for Cobb salad. Notice it is vegetarian - a healthier alternative to the traditional Cobb salad as the chicken, bacon, iceberg lettuce, and blue cheese have been omitted and replaced with more nutrient dense power foods such as avocado and flax meal. If you would like to increase the protein content, you can add sliced grilled chicken breast back to the ingredient list.

Vegetarian Cobb Salad: (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
1 bunch watercress, ends trimmed and coarsely chopped
1/2 avocado, cubed
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 chopped (2 ounces) goat cheese, crumbled (you can also substitute feta cheese)
1 tablespoon flax meal

Dressing:

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons while balsamic vinegar (or regular balsamic)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme

Directions:

1. Place 2 eggs in small pot w/ cold water. Bring to a low boil for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
2. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
3. Thoroughly wash and dry greens (pat with paper towel or use salad spinner). Place in large salad bowl and toss with 1/2 of dressing. Add remaining ingredients (including egg), and drizzle with remaining dressing.

Tips:

Be sure to use organic vegetables in this salad. Organic produce are much healthier for you because they contain more nutrients, vitamins, and minerals than commercially grown vegetables. Organic produce tend to be fresher, tastier, and will also be free of harmful pesticides and herbicides.

1 bunch watercress, cut ends and coarsely chopped
02:01 avocado, diced
02:01 Cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
4.1 chopped (2 ounces) goat cheese, crumbled (you can also substitute feta cheese)
1 tablespoon flax flour

Dressing:

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 1 / 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, and (or regularVinegar)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2.1 tbsp fresh thyme

Directions:

First Place 2 eggs in the pot w / cold water. Bring to leave a minimum of 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
In a second small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
Third Wash and dry vegetables (pat with paper towel or use salad spinner). Put in large bowl and throw with 2.1 dressing changes. The remaining ingredients (including eggs) and pour over the remainingDressing.

Suggestions:

Healthy, Delicious, and Easy Vegetarian Cobb Salad Recipe

Below is a simple and delicious recipe for Cobb salad. Notice it is vegetarian - a healthier alternative to the traditional Cobb salad as the chicken, bacon, iceberg lettuce, and blue cheese have been omitted and replaced with more nutrient dense power foods such as avocado and flax meal. If you would like to increase the protein content, you can add sliced grilled chicken breast back to the ingredient list.

Vegetarian Cobb Salad: (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
1 bunch watercress, ends trimmed and coarsely chopped
1/2 avocado, cubed
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 chopped (2 ounces) goat cheese, crumbled (you can also substitute feta cheese)
1 tablespoon flax meal

Dressing:

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons while balsamic vinegar (or regular balsamic)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme

Directions:

1. Place 2 eggs in small pot w/ cold water. Bring to a low boil for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
2. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
3. Thoroughly wash and dry greens (pat with paper towel or use salad spinner). Place in large salad bowl and toss with 1/2 of dressing. Add remaining ingredients (including egg), and drizzle with remaining dressing.
