Cool Down with these refreshing cucumber salad recipes

Cucumber salad is particularly ideal for those long, hot afternoon. Very ideal for the dry summer. The summer is still far away for most countries, it would be prudent with these great cucumber recipes you are guaranteed to cool.

BALINESE CUCUMBER salad recipe

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

1 cucumber, European

1 large regular cucumber

1 / 4 sweet onion, large, asVidalia

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 1 / 2 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste

1 / 2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Directions:

Place a dry skillet over medium heat. Add the peanuts and heat until lightly browned, about 2 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally. Transfer to a plate to cool.

Peel the cucumber and seeds. Cut the cucumber, cut crosswise into 3-inch sections, then lengthwise into thin strips like spaghetti. The onion crosswise into thin slices aspossible.

Combine sugar, vinegar and salt in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves and the salt. Taste for seasoning, adding sugar or salt, if necessary, medication should be both bitter and sweet. Mix the cucumber and onion. Sprinkle the salad with peanuts and serve.

Fresh cucumber salad recipe

Ingredients:

6 cups of fresh cucumber

1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 onions cut into rings

1 teaspoon salt

1Teaspoon celery seed

2 cups sugar

1 cup vinegar

Directions:

Mix well. Put leave in refrigerator overnight.

Spicy cucumber salad with wasabi dressing

Ingredients:

1 1 / 2 teaspoon wasabi powder (or to taste)

1 / 2 teaspoon hot water

2 cucumbers

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 green onion - sliced thin

1EL black or white sesame seeds toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

They are mixing the wasabi with warm water at the bottom of a bowl and let rest for 5 minutes.

Peel the cucumber, cut each in half lengthwise, and use a melon baller or spoon to hollow seeds.

Cucumbers and green seaweed salad recipe

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

2 radishes

Salt to taste

1 3 / 8 oz green algae

Dressing:

3 tablespoons vinegar

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons fish broth flavored with kelp

Directions:

Slice cucumbers and radishes into rounds left, salt, and, until drained. Washing with water andSqueeze out brine.

Cut with hot water and green algae in bite-size pieces.

Mix all ingredients and add cucumbers and seaweed seasoning just before serving.
