The salads are always touted as a food diet, but the dressing can quickly sink the whole ship. many of us draw the creamy dressing, but warned that no one sees a good option for those of us, diabetics, diet, or with our diet for health reasons. The following is a quick and easy homemade creamy dressing. This should not destroy your diet. But always remember, easy to use salad dressings. No need to drown in your sauce. TheShould complete the dressing for the salad, not overwhelm. There is also a good idea to take your salad dressing on the side. Dip your fork into the dressing then in green. This is too much to eat to maintain the association. Here is a recipe to try:

Garlic Dressing

1 cup low fat sour cream

1 / 2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

1 / 3 cup skim milk

2 teaspoons SPLENDA

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlicGarlic, finely chopped

1 / 4 teaspoon salt

1 / 8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and SPLENDA. Stir in the onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerator at least an hour before serving.

For a change of flavor, try roasting the garlic before adding the mixture. Yum!

When the garlic flavor is a bit 'too much for you, use 1 clove of garlic instead of two.
