Crispy Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

12-ounce fillets of chicken breast, breaded and frozen,

8 cups mixed salad, cut into bite size pieces,

1 cup shredded red cabbage,

1 cup carrots, chopped

3 medium green onions, sliced,

1 ½ cups chow mein noodles,

Creamy Oriental Dressing

(See sauce recipe below).

Instructions:

Make dressing and set aside, cook the chicken for instructions on the package andCut the fillets cut into strips, 4 to 6 pieces.

Combine chicken breast fillet, mixed salad, shredded red cabbage, carrots shdded, sliced green onions, chow mein noodles and creamy oriental sauce (see recipe under medication), a major in bowl, coat the launch, and are divided into 4 serving plates .

The ingredients and instructions for Creamy Oriental Dressing:

¼ cup sesame Asian dressing and Marine

⅓ cup of yogurt orMayonnaise

A pinch of salt

Dash Pepper

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until foamy; makes about ½ cup.

Note: To enjoy grilled chicken breast grilled about 7 or 8 minutes per side or until pink in the thickest part of chicken. If you do not have time to cook the chicken then replace the chicken with canned chicken (breaded be used ") or frozen, alreadystrips of cooked chicken. These are just some ideas of things with what they already have.
