Fruit salad with balsamic vinegar - fresh fruit, cheddar cheese, easy, tasty and healthy

This is wonderful to make a salad that I have at least two or three times a week. It consists of all fresh fruit except mandarins. We pass a grocery store near wonderful, with a large produce department have. This recipe is for those who do not have access to the beautiful, mature, sensational fruit of their shop or farmer's market is difficult.

It is basically a "sampling" of various types of fruit. No need to be limited to fruit, or the feeling that you must use them all. E 'purely a matter of choice and what is available.

Fruit salad (fruit, except mandarins)

* Nectarines

* Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries (optional, and when in season)

* Honeydew melon or chunked (preparation)

* Banana

* Seedless Grapes

* Kiwi (kiwi ripe, not soft, but "giving" them a bit 'when gently pressed)

* Apple sections

* Mangos

* Sections Tangerine (juice, canned)

* Extra Sharp Cheddar Chunks power

Balsamic Dressing

* ¼ cup orange juice

* ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar

* 2 ½ tablespoons water

* 1 ½ tablespoons honey

* ¾Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

* ½ teaspoon salt

to give the dressing ingredients in a pot, cover the pot and stir to mix. Chill thoroughly.

Wash fruit (except bananas and kiwi) and dry. When you are ready to eat salad bar. Peel kiwi and slice in each dish salad Add. Repeat with bananas. Peel oranges and divide into several sections in each dish. Peel apples, slice intact. Slice nectarines left, peelinglook in the fruit, cutting pieces around the hole, not trimmings. Place on salad plate well. Drain the mandarins, juice reserved for a fruit smoothie or barbecue sauce. Divide the mandarins plate. Place the grapes on the plates mixed with other ingredients. spare slice of cheddar cheese and put on plates. The cheese goes fast, so there are 3 or 4 slices of goofy. At this point you may be covered for a while 'chilling. When you are ready to eat,Shake vigorously to remix cooled balsamic vinegar and pour gently over the fruit salad as a whole. Delicious!

Variation: If you're not a fan of balsamic vinegar, and I can not imagine why not, but if not, I'll do my best to understand. You can let the vinegar. Instead, add a couple of lumps of vanilla yogurt quality at the top of salads. Stonyfield and Dannon yogurt are my favorites. Have fun!
