Pasta salad - a delicious and healthy salad

A cold pasta salad can be served a light lunch or dinner on a hot summer afternoon or as a side dish for each additional part due to the time that can be prepared in advance.

With such a great flavor, I think just an excuse to do so.

If you are looking for something quick and easy, which is also nutritious, this pasta recipe is a good option.

Ingredients

* 500g of dried pasta (any shape)
* 2 cans peeled tomatoes
* 3 cloves garlicminced garlic
* Sale
* Black pepper
* 1 / 2 cup pitted black olives
* 1 / 2 cup pitted green olives
* 1 cup cherry tomatoes
* 1 cup chopped ham slices Turkey
* 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
* 1 / 4 cup balsamic vinegar
* 1 tablespoon dried oregano
* 1 / 2 cup fresh basil leaves
* 1 / 2 cup of cottage cheese mozerella (coarsely chopped)
* 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the choppedGarlic in it for a minute. Add dry out the can of chopped tomatoes and cook over high heat for 5 minutes or until the tomato juice. Turn off the heat and add the diced peppers and remaining ingredients, except the left over oil and parmesan.

Stir and cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water and drain. Gently stir pasta and sauce. Now add the grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons oil (preferably extra virgin). Mixagain. Serve immediately or refrigerate for half an hour and then serve.
