Green Papaya Salad Recipe

The most popular salad from Thailand and Laos is green papaya salad. At first bite, you should take the language of extreme heat, salt and sour taste at once. The taste is exciting!

Ingredients:

1-4 peppers

1 clove garlic

3 cups shredded green papaya

1 / 2 cup of chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon shrimp paste

2 tablespoons dried shrimp(Optional)

In a mortar and pestle, pound garlic and chillies until they are separated.
